First. I have to admit that I had a little extra time today, and I had nothing to do, so I just thought I’d do a search to see if I could find a song about Twitter. I have no idea why I ended up with this idea, but somehow I did.

… and guess what, I found a lot of songs and videos. Some of the Twitter songs are fairly good and entertaining.

I have added the five best songs / videos about Twitter to the list below. Well, I didn’t spend a lot of time searching and listening, so if you’ve found any other songs about Twitter that you think deserves to be on this list, please add them to the comments.

It’s just one of those days.

I woke up with a major cold. I’ve been coughing and blowing my nose every 10 seconds for the past three hours.

Once in a while, that’s how life is. But, just then, Twitter cheers me up.

“Nah, we don’t celebrate it. Don’t know who St. Valentine was, don’t give a shit, and doubt he wants people screwing in his memory.”

Shit My Dad Says always makes me laugh, no matter what.

There are days when I just don’t care much for interesting, sophisticated tweets about marketing or about life. I just want a good laugh.

Some fake celebrities also makes me laugh on a daily basis, especially Gary Busey.

“I like my women like I like my bowling balls: They don’t talk, have 3 functioning holes and can be found in an alley.”

Sometimes I even find good advice from funny guys, like Meeting Boy:

“I didn’t go to today’s off-site boondoggle, but I kept it on my calendar anyways to deter people from scheduling other meetings.”

It’s hard to be funny in general, and even harder using 140 characters. Some people use videos, like Funny or Die, they’re always hilarious:

For days like today, I’ve created a list where I have included the most funny guys and girls (you can follow the list).

Today, I added Jason Scott’s cat to my list. His thoughts on life are witty:
